Essential Needs Assistance Program
Through our Essential Needs Assistance Program, AHF provides direct, needs-based support to address gaps not covered by traditional funding sources.
Program funds are used throughout the year as needs arise and may support essential daily living items, adaptive or accessibility equipment, clothing, transportation assistance, and meaningful community-based experiences. All assistance directly benefits individuals and is awarded through a consistent and equitable review process aligned with AHF’s mission.
